Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

• The right to exchange or return is guaranteed to all our customers and applies to all products offered in our store.

• All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• A return or exchange can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and remains in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

• Please take a photo of the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number in order to replace it with another product if it is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the description provided on our website.

• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.

• A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 MAD will be deducted if the customer no longer wants the product and there is no defect or issue with it.
